I just wanted to praise James and Marvin who met us on site, they went above and beyond to help both ourselves and the tenant. I would appreciate if our thanks would be passed to their manager and of course to them.

Seamless, professional and issue free

I wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you to you and your teams for support the relocation/reconfiguration of the furniture on the 2nd floor. It was seamless, professional and issue free. I have noticed the team working a few times, in my car whilst driving past the old library some weeks ago and of course I have been present at times during the move the last couple of weeks. The team is a credit to the business. They all worked extremely hard and quietly  SMBC is very happy with the output as are Robertson. Please pass on the thanks to the team.

Made a difficult job that bit easier

Just want to pass on our thanks to you, for putting up with all our demands and letting us store some leftover items at Phoenix.

If you could pass on our thanks as well to all the guys from BCL who helped with the move.  They were extremely helpful, struggling for hours with some of the dodgy old shelving we had, along with moving the crates from one point to another so we could unpack them with ease. They were really helpful & they made a difficult job that bit easier.

The move was done much quicker than I expected

Just wanted to pass on my thanks. I was really impressed by firstly how quickly this was arranged and secondly by the efficiency and professionalism of the team that completed the move yesterday. Everything went really well and the move was done much quicker than I expected.
