Used you previously and we had a great service. They were late but did call plenty of times and kept me up to date on their location. Understandable as they came from Birmingham to London! We were fine with it. Lovely move supervisor, even though they were stuck in a lot of traffic they still got us moved to our new offices before the timeframe we thought we would be there!
The move was to and from telephone exchanges and very tricky staircases in both. We asked for other quotes from other Companies. BCL were happy to visit the locations to price the job and seemed more organised. Some of the others sent in quotes without looking at the location and logistics, which were important to us to ensure the safety of the people moving. The two gentlemen who actually did the moving of the furniture, were really exceptional and worked really hard as the cupboards were very tall and heavy. They dismantled the cupboards and made sure they were all put back together properly

Having never relocated offices before I was a bit apprehensive about what to expect, but the service we received from BCL was exemplary in every way. We had an initial consultation with Piers, and then a second planning meeting with Piers and Julian, who was coordinating the Removals crew on the day of the move. The crates were delivered promptly and in good time for us to pack up everything, and on the actual moving day the team arrived promptly at 9:00am and worked so quickly and efficiently. Especially considering that the access to our old office location was incredibly difficult as there was no lift and only one narrow entrance/exit route in and out of the building. They were really friendly, professional and coordinated, and managed to get everything over in one load and reassembled our office furniture at the new location ahead of schedule, which was ideal as it gave us more time to unpack on the Saturday, minimising the disruption on our first working day on the following Monday. I really cannot praise the service enough, I was so impressed and would highly recommend them. I was impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism demonstrated by Piers following our initial consultation, and the value for money was excellent given that we wanted to move on a weekend day.

BCL are a great team of people that are very friendly and efficient with it. The move was stress-free and this was mainly down to the hard work of the BCL Team. We would definitely recommend them. The team were excellent and we have no issues with the service they provided. All the guys were friendly and very efficient and excellently managed by Andy.
I had used them before and were happy with the service. Only a small comment of where the guys stay overnight - they had to travel from Morden to central London which took around 2 hours each way. That is a lot on top of a busy day packing/loading/unloading. I'm not sure somewhere closer in would be easier for them?
This is the 4th time we have moved with you guys. The lads were as always brilliant, couldn't do enough for us.

I found BCL on a google search, based on my initial interaction with BCL I was confident we'd get a good service. Kevin was very helpful and was completely on the ball when it came to identifying our needs our needs. The relocation preparation guide was really helpful and the pre move planning meeting was really useful as it meant we followed the a set procedure for labeling and packing our office equipment to ensure a smooth relocation to the new office. The crew to carry out the move were great, everything arrived, put in the correct location and nothing damaged. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I was amazed when the vans full of our stuff arrived mid-morning at the new office, so quick and efficient. Actually exceeded expectations, I've never known an office move go so well.

From the initial meeting with Paul I felt confident that the move would be run professionally and thought that he had a thorough understanding of our requirements. We were expecting a van with a tail lift to move our heavy servers but the van only had ramps so the heavy servers had to be tipped which was not ideal. However it all went OK. The crates arrived a day early, but the delivery driver was very courteous and placed them where I wanted them. They were all very polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Julian especially kept it all running smoothly and calmly.

BCL wasn't the cheapest quote we received however it [was] one of the only quotes which offered a fixed price with no add ons, Kevin was very efficient and professional when he came to the office and also in correspondence afterwards and the reviews of BCL were all positive.

I did phone round a few companies, but it was Paul's explanation of how BCL would go about things that gave me the confidence to chose BCL. There were five floors to sort out and a bit of a daunting task! However it went like clockwork (despite it being freezing in there – it was warmer outside) thanks to Simon, who kept it all moving and the building was swept out and tidy before we closed the door on it on the Friday afternoon.
They all worked extremely hard and with the usual good humour, so many thanks to them all with special thanks to Simon.
Similar story this weekend at Regent and Stopford – it could have been a long day on Saturday but again the boys packed everything up on Friday evening in record time. On Saturday they unloaded quickly so that everything was set up in the new location so that IT could ‘do their bit’. Again thanks to Greg and Julian and not forgetting Brian who came to the rescue with a truck to move five desk screens for me!
Many thanks, everyone here at ISC including the MD were very complimentary on how Daren and the team carried out our office move. Not only were they professional in the way they worked but also paid meticulous attention to the requirements of everyone here and how we wanted things done.
I am not an expert in office moves and how difficult they can be or not but I can honestly say this one went really smoothly and Daren and the boys are a credit to your organisation - a group of men that were very down to earth and so easy to get on with. When it came to deciding who would sort out our furniture clearance and the recycling at our old offices, there was never any doubt as to who we wanted to do the job and if you are unaware - your company BCL and hopefully Daren are carrying this out this Tuesday.

We were really pleased with the support we got from BCL. Right from the outset they exceeded our expectations. As well as all the usual service you’d expect - planning and facilitating our move, helping with packing and unpacking - they also took into account the needs of a charity like ourselves.
They were able to help us get our new offices ready by liaising with the University of Wolverhampton, who donated furniture they no longer needed. This meant we were able to save money on furnishing our new offices, which is always a concern for a charity. Also by giving good quality furniture a second life, we were able to avoid waste and meet the environmental standards that are important to The Wildlife Trust.
BCL sourced, collected and installed all of the new furniture for us as well as handling the move itself. Throughout the whole process they dealt with us in a helpful, understanding and professional manner, and made it as stress-free as possible. We were very impressed and grateful.
I would also like to pass on my thanks to Jim and Brad for their efforts yesterday. They tackled the move in a first class fashion, were very helpful and checked at the end before leaving to ensure everything was completed.

Just to let you know Greg and his merry crew turned at the right time, with a selection of trolleys and were first class.
Cheerful, friendly, extremely willing (we had some issues that were our fault which necessitated a couple of banks of desks being moved then moved again) and ready to do much more than we actually needed (we had small cabinets to put in place that they wanted to move but as I was going to be making it up as I went along).
I sincerely hope we don’t need movers again for a long time but, if we do BCL will get the first phone call.

We finished at Offerton yesterday so I just wanted to say a big thank you to Greg and the boys – I think most of them have been on that job at some point!. It has been an arduous task over the past weeks moving everything from a pencil to a piano (Jules needs more practice!), in wind rain and sunshine, and over three floors with no lift, but all done with the usual efficiency and good humour!
Moving offices, like most major things in life, can be stressful enough. With BCL working with you, the logistics of moving are a piece of cake. Phil, Mick and the team were superb and very supportive especially as our new offices weren't ready when we got there. They helped us settle into a storage unit and came back to move us in properly a few days later. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would always recommend them to others.
