Two months before your relocation

  • Assess new / redundant furniture needs
  • Arrange planning meeting with your removal company
  • Arrange planning meeting with your IT and telecoms providers
  • Conduct file audit
  • Set culling targets
  • Arrange for archive storage for files you no longer need to keep in the office

Two weeks before your relocation

  • Hand out move labels (provided by your removal company) to staff
  • Label your IT and furniture
  • Check parking restrictions at both new and old offices
  • Order crates from your removal company
  • Ensure your employees know where the new office is located - if feasible, take them to the new office and show them around
