BCL is an award-winning office removals company with offices in Manchester, Birmingham and London. We provide all facets of removals for businesses in the UK, as well as archive storage services. Our headquarters are located in Trafford Park, Manchester.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for two enthusiastic, motivated, part time telesales / appointment setters to be based out of our Manchester headquarters. You’ll be working within a small sales team, making outbound cold and warm calls to sell our services and book appointments for our sales team, with a focus on securing new business for BCL.

• Self-generate new prospects and make contact via direct outgoing sales calls
• Direct outgoing sales calls to our existing database
• Lead nurturing, for those who need our services in the long-term
• Build relationships with clients and potential clients
• Identification of prospect and customer buying needs and assessing their current situation
• Excellent objection handling
• Self motivated
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Customer service oriented
• Good computer skills
• Previous experience preferred but is not essential – enthusiasm and willing to learn are just as important as experience
